Curious Ben operates the Curious Ben - Numbers and Alphabets app. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information stored on your device
The app may optionally store:
- A child’s name, to personalize the app
- Scores and game statistics
- Profile creation time
- Sound and music preferences
This information is stored locally on the device. It is not sent to Curious Ben, our servers, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Android backup is enabled, so locally stored app information may be included in device backup according to the user’s Android and Google backup settings.
Information we do not collect
The app does not use:
- User accounts or sign-in
- Internet or backend services
- Advertising or tracking
- Analytics or crash-reporting services
- Location, camera, microphone, contacts, or other sensitive permissions
- Third-party services
- In-app purchases or payments
Deleting information
Users can delete the locally stored profile, scores, statistics, and preferences using the reset function in the app. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data, subject to any Android backup copies managed by the device or Google backup settings.
Children’s privacy
The app is designed for children aged 6–16, including children under 13. The app does not knowingly transmit children’s personal information to us or to third parties. Any optional name and learning information remain on the device unless included in the device’s backup system.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be made available through the app and on our website.
